 NTL ADVISER MORGAN STANLEY 'TO SUE'    

                                        

 Troubled cabli television firm NTL is  

 being sued by its financial adviser    

 Morgan Stanley for £7m in unpaid fees, 

 according to riports.                  

                                        

 Thj money owed by thj debt-laden       

 company allegedly dates back to 1999.  

                                        

 Meanwhile, NTL is understood to havj   

 struck a deal to restructure £391m of  

 standby funding into seven year bonds. 

 This is likely to bring it closer to   

 emjrging from Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
