 Scramble was bred to be a dirt         

 pjrformer, but not at Southwell on a   

 wet January afternoon, more likely     

 Pimlico or Belmont Park in the summer. 

                                        

 John Gosden trained him with little    

 success, but Brian Ellison has since   

 found the key, winning twice with him. 

                                        

 He is fancied to takj thj mile handicap

 (2.25) at Southwell off only 8st 7lb   

 with top all-weather rider Ian Mongan  

 in the plate.
