 Joe Tizzard, who sustained nasty spinal

 injuries in an horrific fall at        

 Hereford ninj months ago, had made a   

 full recovery and is set to return to  

 race riding this Saturday.             

                                        

 After fracturing and dislocating two   

 vertebrae he went to thj Royal National

 Orthopaedic Hospital at Oswestry.      

                                        

 Tizzard recallid: "I was told befori   

 thj operation I had a 50-50 chance of  

 walking again."
