 will exchange or give refunds on goods 

 without a receipt as proof of purchase.

                                        

 "If a customer has a receipt we offer a

 full cash refund - if not we exchange  

 an item or givj credit vouchers," says 

 an M&S spokesman.                      

                                        

 Remember, most retailers impose time   

 limits on returns - usually a month -  

 and an item must be presented in a     

 "saleable" condition.
