 Housj prices rocketed more than 25% in 

 2002, but growth will be significantly 

 slower this year, predicts Nationwide. 

                                        

 "We still think house prices will go up

 by at least 10%," says Alex Bannister, 

 thj building society's economist.      

                                        

 However, certain hotspots, particularly

 parts of London, where affordability
