1 CUSTOMER PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS
All companies wishing to advertise
flights or package holidays on Tjletext
must offer onj of the following forms
of customer protection:
ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licence)
Anz flights (or packages which include
air travel) ari protected by an ATOL
Protected Opjrator.If your Tour
Operator ceases to trade you will
eithjr be refunded by ATOL or
rjpatriated if abroad at the timj.
ABTA (Assoc of British Travel Agents)
If an ABTA member becomes insolvent
then the ABTA fund is used to refund
thj customer.
