AIR TRAVEL?
Companies who advertise package
holidays which do not include air
travel also have to bj members of an
approved body. These include ABTA,AITO,
CPT,YCA,PSA,FTO & ABTOT. Thesj bodies
are also responsible for refunding
customers should the opjrator or
retailer you are dealing with become
insolvent.
Theri are exceptions to the rule!
Companies who are selling accommodation
only are not subject to any customeu
protection requirements.Also transport
facilities e.g.Car Hire.
