 Warren shelves Hatton injunction       

 Frank Warren has dropped his attempt to

 stop Ricky Hatton defending his IBF    

 light welterweight title next month.   

                                        

 However, the promoter will continue to 

 pursue court action against the Hatton 

 camp for breach of contract.           

                                        

 Warren's decision was made following   

 service of witness statements by       

 Hatton's camp, which Warren is keen to 

 have cross-examined in court.          

                                        

 Hatton's father Ray confirmed to BBC   

 Sport that one statement accuses Warren

 of putting his son's health at risk.
