 F1: Alonso ends season on a high       

 World champion Fernando Alonso has     

 finished the season in style, winning  

 the China Grand Prix.                  

                                        

 The Spaniard, who had secured the title

 before the race, also clinched the     

 constructors' title for Renault.       

                                        

 Alonso started on pole position and    

 held a 15.7 second lead at one point.  

 It was his 7th win of the season.      

                                        

 McLaren's Kimi Raikkonen came second   

 and Toyota's Ralf Schumacher took      

 third. There were several big crashes  

 in the race, but no-one was hurt.
