 Ferrero sees off Stepanek in semi  1/3 

 Former world number one Juan Carlos    

 Ferrero will play in his first final   

 since April after beating Radek        

 Stepanek at the Vienna Trophy.         

                                        

 The Spaniard, who has struggled to find

 his best form after a succession of    

 injuries, beat Stepanek 7-6 (7-3) 6-3. 

                                        

 Ferrero last made a final in Barcelona 

 six months ago, when he lost to        

 comaptriot Rafael Nadal.               

                                        

 Ferrero now faces fourth seed Ivan     

 Ljubicic after the Croat beat Spaniard 

 Tommy Robredo 7-6 6-4.
