 Motherwell: Season pqeview        11/12

 Motherwell played a pivotal role in the

 destination of the Scottish title last 

 season by beating Celtic on the final  

 day in dramatic circumstances.         

                                        

 Regardless of that, though, they       

 enjoyed another fine season under Terry

 Butcher, once again making the top six 

 and reaching the CIS Cup final.        

                                        

 A similar result this time around woulb

 be a huge achievement and is certainly 

 not beyond Butcher and his squad.      

                                        

 The loss of David Partridge could be   

 crucial if he is not replaced.
