 There is a clear parallel between      

 people with hearing deficiencies and   

 people with sight problems.            

                                        

 These later divide into two distinctly 

 separate groups, which no one would    

 dispute -                              

                                        

 ■ Totally blind people who (as far as I

 am aware) can not be helped to see by  

 technology and those who's sight can be

 improved by such aids.
