 It's action that counts - Langer       

 Australia batsman Justin Langer says   

 that action on the pitch - rather than 

 off-the-field talk - is the key to     

 winning the Ashes Test series.         

                                        

 Langer, whose team won the first Test  

 at Lord's, wrote in his BBC Sport      

 column: "People can talk it up and act 

 as tough as they may like.             

                                        

 "But winning an Ashes Test is all about

 bat, ball and of course nerve.         

                                        

 "It is possible to answer any critics  

 by your actions on the field and this  

 Australian team is well prepared."
