 CHILDREN LEARNING HORSE-RIDING         

 Twenty-four children - the majority    

 with special needs - have taken part in

 two ten-week projects to learn horse   

 riding and pony care in Wales.         

                                        

 The project was funded by a British    

 Horse Society legacy. Superintendent   

 Susan Hayes who presented the children 

 with certificates said:                

                                        

 "The youngsters involved had no        

 previous equine experience."           

                                        

 "Through commitment and enthusiasm they

 mastered the basics of horse ribing. It

 has been a unique popportunity."
