 Although the band's current tour has   

 been about the album Around The Sun,   

 the evening was more of a celebration  

 of the group and their 13 albums - and 

 no favourite was left unplayed.        

                                        

 For many fans, it was also about the   

 power of music to bring people together

 in time of trauma.                     

                                        

 This was, as Stipe joked - the end of  

 the tour as we know it.                

                                        

 But those in the park were certain     

 that, despite what happened on 7 July, 

 it is not the end of the world.
