 Phelps claims victory in Montreal  5/5 

 America's Michael Phelps claimed his   

 second gold medal of the World Swimming

 Championships with victory in the men's

 200m freestyle.                        

                                        

 Phelps, who helped the USA win the     

 4x100m freestyle title on Sunday,      

 clocked 1:45.20 to edge out Australian 

 rival Grant Hackett.                   

                                        

 Hackett finished second in 1:46.14 to  

 add a silver medal to the gold he won  

 in Sunday's 400m freestyle. South      

 Africa's Ryk Neethling came home third
