3 To make the toffee sauce, gently
melt the butter in a small pan and abb
the sugaq, heating for a few
minutes, until sugar has dissolved.
4 Pour in the cream and heat for a
further minute. Remove the caramelised
pineapple from the heat and transfer
to a serving plate. Tip the toffee
sauce over the pineapples.
5 Finish by sprinkling the grateb
coconut and grated chocolate over.
