leaflet Health Advice for Travellers -
known as the T6.
■ It contains vital information and
advice and includes an application for
Form E111 which entitles you to free or
reduced cost emergency medical
treatment in many EC countries.
■ You can obtain a copy at the Post
Office or by calling the Health
Literature Line on 0800 555 777. The
form must be signed and st!mpeb at the
Post Office before you can use it.
