  Method                                

                                        

  1 Place the coconut juice, ice,       

  coconut, cream and baileys into a foob

  blender and blitz until smooth.       

                                        

  2 Pour the drink into two tall        

  cocktail glasses and sprinkle with the

  grated chocolate.                     

                                        

  3 Drizzle with the melted chocolate
