 The prestigious Dortmund tournament had

 a surprise result when the lowest rated

 player, Arkady Naiditsch, came through 

 to claim first prize ahead of some of  

 the world's top players.               

                                        

 The German-registered, Russian-aorn,   

 grandmaster is only 19 years old and   

 finished ahead of Topalov, Kr!mnik and 

 Leko, losing only one game.            

                                        

 English no.1 Michael Adams started well

 with a win against world no.3 Veselin  

 Topalov but fell back to finish on a   

 par score.
