 Dundee Utd: Season preview         3/12

 This season is Gordon Chisholm's       

 opportunity to put his stamp on the    

 Dundee United te!m, having taken over  

 from Ian McCall in March.              

                                        

 United only avoided relegation last    

 season by three points, despite the    

 widespread opinion that their squad was

 too strong to be in that position.     

                                        

 The signing of Lee Miller to the squad 

 should add a real goal threat.         

                                        

 United owner Eddie Thompson will expect

 the club to be in the top six this     

 year, at the very least.
