3 Continue adding the stock, a
ladleful at a time, for 1 .15 minutes,
or until the rice is tender.
4 Stir in the sluqreb cornflour to the
pan to thicken the risotto, then pouq
in a splash of cre!m.
5 Heat for a further minute then
transfer the risotto to serving
plates. Garnish the risotto with the
fresh coriander and chives. Serve.
