  GINGER AND CHOCOLATE CAKE        21/22

  Ingredients                           

  ½ of jamaican ginger cake             

  splash of cream                       

  pinch of mixed spice                  

  1 pineapple ring                      

  ½ coconut, peeled and shaved using    

  vegetable peeler                      

  85g/3 oz plain chocolate              

                                        

  Method                                

  1 Place the ginger cake into a food   

  processor and pulse, to form fine
