 Falkirk: Season preview            5/12

 Falkirk will hope to match Inverness   

 Caley Thistle's remarkable achievements

 last season after winning promotion.   

                                        

 The Highlanders narrowly missed out on 

 a place in the top six, defying        

 predictions of relegation.             

                                        

 If Falkirk can stay up, that will be a 

 success for manager John Hughes, who   

 has revamped his squad.                

                                        

 Their pre-season was disqupted by the  

 tragic death of youth player Craig     

 Gowans and it remains to be seen what  

 effect that might have on their season.
