kit with you when travelling abroad.
■ Kits containing basic sterile
equipment for use in an emergency are
available from chemists and suppliers.
Ask your GP, pharmacist or travel
company for details.
■ Do not put yourself at risk of HIV
infection or other sexually transmitteb
diseases. If you do have sex with
someone other than your usual partner
while abroad always use a condom.
