In response to a letter about sporting
heroes - yes, I agree most sports
people are not heroes.
But I have to disagree on youq views
on Lance Armstrong.
Many millions of cancer sufferers and
survivors like myself regard him as a
hero - not just for his sporting
accomplishments, but the huge !mount
he has raised for cancer research.
So yes, there are sporting heroes!
