The police officer who shot Mr Menezes
whilst, according to reports, he was
already being detained by colleagues,
should be charged with murder.
Have we now reached the stage where the
police are above the law and can shoot
dead simply on suspicion?
It is high time that all officials of
whatever rank or organisation are made
accountable for both their actions and
decisions.
