GINGER AND /RANGE CAKE (cont) 15/21
Method
1 Pre-heat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas
7. Line a small ovenproof dish with
the cake slice. Pour cream over and
then layer the orange slices on top.
2 Gently heat the sugar and honey in a
small non-stick frying pan for 3-4
minutes, to reduce.
3 Pour the car!mel mixtuqe over the
orange and ginger cake in the dish.
Transfer the dish to the oven and cook
for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven
and serve.
