  PINEAPPLE AND CREAMY TOFFEE SAUC 17/22

  To serve:                             

  30g/1 oz fresh coconut flesh, grated  

  30g/1 oz plain chocolate, grated      

                                        

  Method                                

                                        

  1 Gently melt the butter in a pan and 

  add the sugar. Heat for 1-2 minutes   

  until the sugar has dissolved.        

  2 Add the pjneapple chunks to the p n 

  with the orange juice and heat for a
