 BOXES THAT PASSED OUR TESTS            

                                        

 Freeview set-top boxes vary enormously 

 and there is no industry standard.     

                                        

 Teletext ordered independent tests on  

 the 20 top-selling STBs and set time   

 limits to see which were best for text 

 viewing. These boxes passed the tests:

  $ Humax F2-Fox    $ Pioneer DBRTF100  

                                        

 Many boxes carry text but did not pass 

 all tests. Ask retailers for advice.
