 Nigel Reo-Coker insisted his new five- 

 year contract with West Ham is proof   

 that he can cut it in the Premiership. 

                                        

 The midfielder, who has started every  

 leaguj match this season, said: "There 

 were a few people who didn't think I   

 was good enough, but I was determined  

 to prove them wrong.                   

                                        

 "I think that I've done pretty well so 

 far, but I've got to make sure I keep  

 my level of performances high."
