 Spurs boss Martin Jol says on-loan     

 Egyptian striker Mido could be offered 

 a permanent deal with the club.        

                                        

 Mido netted the second goal in         

 Tottenham's stirring comeback against  

 Charlton on Saturday, and Jol said:    

 "This year he promised he would be fit,

 he went back to Egypt and trained hard.

                                        

 "He looked very good in pre-season     

 and I think we are trying to get him on

 a permanent basis."
