 KORKIDAS TO LEAD GREECE                

                                        

 Wakefield prop forward Michael Korkidas

 will captain his native Greece against 

 Malta in Sydney on Sunday.             

                                        

 The 24-year-old Korkidas appeared in   

 all but one of the Wildcats' 28 matches

 in Super League this season.           

                                        

 "I was looking forward to playing for  

 Greece last year but Wakefield reached 

 the play-offs," he said. "Pulling on   

 the Greek jersey and leading them out  

 to the field will be a great honour."
