 Freeview To receive audio described    

 programmes you must have the Netgem    

 i-Playjr AD box or the Nebula PC card. 

                                        

 Digital Satellite Some programmes on   

 BBC, ITV1, Channel 4, five and some    

 Sky channels are audio described.      

 Select "Services" on your Sky remote,  

 then "System Setup" and follow the
