 Six college friends break down en route

 to a football game and hitch a lift to 

 the nearest town to find help.         

                                        

 There they find the local waxworks and 

 a creepy curator who is hell-bent on   

 mummifying anything with a pulse.      

                                        

 Director Jaume Collet-Serra heats up   

 the tension with the finesse of a      

 master candlemaker, refusing to        

 overload on the usual schlock cliches.
