 buyers include Spain, France, Italy and

 Florida, according to specialist       

 advisor Conti Financial Services.      

                                        

 Others include Portugal and Cyprus,    

 while eastern Europe is becoming more  

 popular with Bulgaria among the        

 destinations seen as up-and-coming.    

                                        

 "Demand is still very strong. Last year

 we saw growth of 25% on the previous   

 year," says Conti's David Wells.
