 SEND CRIMINALS TO MORE ROBUST REGIMES  

                                        

 I regularly write to prisoners in      

 foreign countries who have little or no

 chance of being released. Some are in  

 prison through no fault of their own.  

 Every day they have to endure physical 

 hardships. Many die through lack of    

 medicine and malnutrition.             

                                        

 Perhaps if our criminals were to endure

 this, they would think twice about     

 offending.
