 David Beckham's three-year-old son     

 Romeo is said to have been readmitted  

 to hospital after suffering convulsions

 for a second time in less than a week. 

                                        

 It is understood the England captain   

 and his wife Victoria are at Romeo's   

 bedside as he is kept in for tests.    

                                        

 The boy was rushed to Madrid's La Paz  

 hospital on Saturday. His Real Madrid  

 star father, 30, was pictured cradling 

 him outside the emergency ward.
