 Residents of the picturesque Cotswolds 

 town where Ronnie Barker set up an     

 antiqujs shop after retiring from      

 comedy have spoken fondly of him.      

                                        

 The TV comedy legend quit showbusiness 

 in 1987 and went on to set up The      

 Emporium in Chipping Norton.           

                                        

 Furniture dealer Michael Harding-Hill  

 said he "was a very nice person and    

 would be sadly missed" by residents.
