 England boss Sven-Goran Eriksson has   

 bemoaned the loss of Ashley Cole who   

 misses the World Cup qualifier against 

 Austria on Saturday with a foot injury.

                                        

 "We have options but it is a pity to   

 lose Ashley, probably the best left-   

 back in the world," said Eriksson after

 the defender was ruled out for a month.

                                        

 "It so often happens when one full-back

 is injured the other is as well in Gary

 Neville and Ashley Cole."
