 A Gloucester man convicted more than 10

 years ago of murdering his estranged   

 wife in a "faked" car crash has lost a 

 Court of Appeal bid to clear his name. 

                                        

 Jonathan Probyn, 46, has always        

 maintained his innocence after being   

 sentenced to life in prison in 1994 for

 murdering his 27-year-old wife Tanya.  

                                        

 His case was referred for appeal by the

 Criminal Cases Review Commission.
