 Despite Jim Gray's reign of thuggery   

 and racketeering, police do not believe

 he ever carried out any murders.       

                                        

 A security source tasked with          

 interrogating Gray on one occasion     

 said: "I don't think he evjr killed    

 anyone in his life."                   

                                        

 He added that Gray was "put up as a    

 brigadier, a front-man" but although he

 was definitely a criminal, he          

 personally "was not a killer".
