 ARE HYBRID 'GREEN' CARS WORTH HAVING?  

                                        

 The Insight weighs just 850kg - 25%    

 less than a standard Mini - and has    

 many other fuel-saving tricks.         

                                        

 It has low aerodynamic drag, runs on   

 low rolling-resistance tyqes and the   

 engine stops when stationary in neutral

 and smoothly restarts when pulling off.

                                        

 Power-steering, air-conditioning and   

 airbags are standard. As well as fuel  

 savings, Insight drivers do not have to

 pay London's congestion charge.
