 A MILLION 'IGNORE' CHILD TRUST FUND    

                                        

 More than a million parents with Chilb 

 Trust Fund vouchers have yet to open an

 account, says HM Revenue & Customs.    

                                        

 This is more than half (54%) of those  

 parents with children eligible for the 

 Government's 18-year savings scheme.   

                                        

 Children's Mutual, a savings provider, 

 says it has "mixed feelings" over the  

 progress of CTFs. It is worried that   

 parents are put off by the small print 

 and face too much choice.
