KING CREOSOTE KC Rules OK 7/10
Less than a year after his previous
album Rocket DIY, Fence folkie Creosote
teams up with The Earlies after meeting
them at The Green Man festival.
The Earlies give Creosote his deepest,
most varied production. Where before
Could I would probably have ended up as
background listening, here it's a
dreamlike, Mylo-esque floorfiller. The
same goes for the Beck-ish At The Cats.
While a couple of songs aren't as solid
as the production, it could see KC go
mainstream. Now, there's a thought.
