 NEW LAW TO COVER CLUBS TOO     "dp:    

                                        

 The DRC is holding a consultation on   

 the new amendment to the Disability    

 Discrimination Act.                    

                                        

 From December 2006 the new legislation 

 will ensure that people with           

 disabilities are not treated less      

 favourably when it comes to matters of 

 housing and accommodation.             

                                        

 The private and public housing sector, 

 public areas and, additionally, a new  

 clause to cover private clubs will be  

 covered by the new law.
