"It's so nice to go back and see how
people have got on in their new lives,"
says Amanda Lamb of the participants in

"I liken us to The Littlest Hobo, going
from one location to the next, so it
was wonderful to go back and find out
what's happened since we filmed.
"What struck me was how everyone looked
so much healthier and happier and their
stress levels had gone down."
