 THONG MAKES A COMEBACK                 

                                        

 I ride an interesting horse of Brian   

 Meehan's in the 3.55, Fong's Thong.    

                                        

 He must have had problems as he's been 

 off since last September but he looked 

 very good at times last year. He's in  

 at the deep end here a bit, though.    

                                        

 I ride Piccolomini in the 4.30 and he's

 had a nice break, which should freshen 

 him up after a very busy spell. He's a 

 galloper but he's stll a maiden and is 

 saddled with top weight here.
