 HELP AT HAND FOR UNRULY PETS           

                                        

 Working in New York's dogs' homes made 

 Victoria Stilwell a fervent advocate of

 neutering and spaying.                 

                                        

 "I was trying to get dogs off Death    

 Row," says the It's Me Or The Dog star.

                                        

 "There were 67,000 dogs and cats in    

 municipal shelters there and 47,000    

 were killed," she adds. "They were     

 being put down left, right and centre, 

 it was a crazy situation."
