COMEDY THAT'S ON THE BALL
"They need to be quick-witted and
funny," says Mark Dolan of the joker
that will win the Balls Of Steel Award.
He reckons it's the ability to think
quick that sets apart the pranksters on
the show. "The performers have meetings
about what ideas to do," he says.
"But no matter how much you plan it in
advance, something will happen that you
will need to respond to and that's when
the performer comes into their own."
